Instagram, TikTok, Google and your site: a channel guide for LA
Customers in Los Angeles find a business on video first and message second, usually from a car or a couch across town. This guide goes platform by platform: what people do there, what AYDUKE publishes or answers, and where it stops.
- Plan a post once and send it to every connected account on one calendar
- TikTok and YouTube get video posts; replies happen on Instagram, Messenger and your site
- Bookings happen inside the chat, with open times read from your own calendar
Free for 7 days, no credit card required

Platform by platform: what AYDUKE covers for an LA business
Before planning anything, it helps to know what each connection can and cannot do. Nothing in this table goes beyond what the software does today.
| Platform | How customers here use it | Publishing | Replies in AYDUKE |
|---|---|---|---|
| Finding a salon, gym or taco spot through Reels and Stories, then sending a DM | Yes, Business or Creator account, media required | DMs and comments | |
| TikTok | Watching short clips before picking a weekend plan | Video only | No, comments and messages stay in TikTok |
| YouTube | Tutorials, reviews and behind-the-scenes videos | Video only | No |
| Neighborhood groups, event pages, Messenger questions | Page posts and Facebook groups | Messenger and comments | |
| Google Business Profile | Checking hours and directions before driving across town | Post scheduling | No, reviews and Q&A are not pulled in |
| Your website | Reading the menu or service list, then booking | Website chatbot | Chat and bookings |
X and LinkedIn are publishing-only as well. WhatsApp and Telegram messages can be answered, but AYDUKE does not publish posts to WhatsApp.
Why the channel mix matters in a city built around driving
Los Angeles is spread out. Someone in the Valley is not going to drive to Silver Lake on a hunch; they check first. So the Google profile, the Instagram grid and the chat on your site do the work a shop window does in a walking city.
It is also a visual city. Entertainment, fashion, beauty, fitness and food all compete on video, and many local businesses have learned to post like small creators. Filming is the fun part. Resizing, captioning, posting to four places at the right hour and then answering the DMs that follow is what eats the week.
AYDUKE takes over that second half. The scheduling calendar shows every post by month, week, day or a 30-day agenda, and the platform check flags a caption that runs too long or a file TikTok will not accept before anything is queued.
Local businesses that live on short video
Hair salons and barbershops
Color transformations and fades are made for Reels. Put the chat link in your bio so the DM after a video can turn into an appointment. More: hair salons, barbershops.
Med spas
Post educational content, keep booking forms free of health details and never ask about conditions in chat. More: med spas.
Yoga and fitness studios
Schedule posts for the class timetable and let people book a trial class with a fixed number of spots. More: yoga studios, fitness studios.
Food trucks and taquerias
The spot changes, the question does not: "where are you today". Post the location to Instagram, Facebook and Google in one go, and update the knowledge base in the morning so the assistant answers with it. More: food trucks, taquerias.
Creators and photographers
Portfolio posts across several platforms, session bookings with buffers between shoots. More: content creators, photographers.
A DM after a Reel at a Koreatown lash studio
A sample conversation for illustration, not a real customer. The times offered are the ones the calendar reported as free.
Parking is exactly what people ask before they drive over. If the answer is in your knowledge base, the assistant uses it. If it is not, the assistant says so and flags the chat for you.
A weekly posting rhythm a small team can keep
No data claims here, only a rhythm that follows how the work tends to go.
- Monday: film two or three short clips, write the captions once and schedule them for the week across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Midweek: a Google Business Profile post with hours, a seasonal service or an event, so people checking before they leave see something current.
- Thursday or Friday: a weekend post on Instagram and your Facebook page, also sent to the Facebook groups connected to your account.
- Every day: look at the inbox in the morning and after closing. The assistant has handled the routine questions; you take the rest.
- Month end: open the 30-day publishing report and compare it with the month before.
An LA social media agency, a freelancer or your own hands?
A search for a social media agency in Los Angeles returns a long list, and many of those teams do strong creative work. AYDUKE is software, not an agency. It does not film, edit or come up with ideas. It takes over the repetitive part: publishing on schedule, answering routine DMs and comments, turning chats into bookings.
Running it yourself
You film on your phone, schedule in AYDUKE and let the assistant field the questions that come after. Tone and timing stay fully in your hands.
Working with a creative partner
Keep the agency or freelancer for shoots and campaigns. They can run your accounts in their own AYDUKE panel next to other clients, within their plan account limit, and send reports as XLSX or CSV. Freelancers who refer businesses can join the free reseller program and earn commission while those businesses pay.
Setup, in the order that saves the most time
Connect your accounts
Each platform connects through your own developer app (Meta, Google, LinkedIn and others) using OAuth, with a step-by-step guide in the panel. Keys are stored encrypted.
Teach the assistant from your site
Enter your website address. It follows the sitemap and links, reads up to 500 pages and refreshes weekly; Shopify and WooCommerce catalogs are read too. Only a site you have verified is scanned, and anything you type in by hand wins over the site.
Set up services and people
Give each service a length, buffer, price and capacity, and each team member their own hours. Choose automatic confirmation or approve each booking yourself.
Share the chat link
No website? Use your chat link and QR code in the Instagram and TikTok bio, on your Google profile and on cards at the counter.
Start in draft mode
Messages are only processed by AI after you give consent. Review the drafts for a while, then switch to autonomous once the answers read right.
Try it with next week's posts
The demo opens right after sign-up and needs no card. Connect a real account, schedule a few posts and send yourself a DM to see how the reply reads.
Frequently asked questions
Can AYDUKE reply to TikTok comments for my LA business?
No. TikTok and YouTube are for video publishing only. For conversations, point people to Instagram DMs, Messenger or the chat on your site, where the assistant can answer and book.
We run pop-ups in different neighborhoods. Can Google show where we are this week?
Schedule a Google Business Profile post with the week's locations alongside your Instagram and Facebook posts. Google reviews and Q&A are not brought into AYDUKE, so keep an eye on those in Google itself.
Many of our clients write in Spanish. What should we set up?
The reply language is a setting you choose in the panel, along with tone and signature. Before switching to autonomous mode, test a few real questions in draft mode and read how the answers come out for your customers.
Should our med spa let the assistant discuss whether a treatment is right for someone?
No. Keep the chat to services, hours, prices and booking, and do not ask for health details in forms or messages. AYDUKE is not presented as a HIPAA-compliant service. What your practice needs to do under privacy rules is a question for your own advisor.
Is there an AYDUKE office in Los Angeles?
No. AYDUKE is software used online. You set it up yourself in the panel with guides for every platform, and you can reach us through the contact page.
