Solo studio or several locations: running an Irvine business either way
Irvine is a planned city of village shopping centers, office campuses and one very large university. That produces two kinds of local business side by side: the owner with one room and a full book, and the brand with several locations and a manager at each. This page compares how AYDUKE fits each one.
- Side-by-side view of a solo owner and a multi-location brand
- How to label staff, services and accounts when you have more than one address
- Health-adjacent businesses: what to keep out of forms and chat
Free for 7 days, no credit card required
Two sizes
One room in a village center, or four addresses across the county
The same software, used very differently. Here is what each owner usually needs first.
The solo owner
A pilates instructor with one studio in a Woodbridge shopping center. She teaches all day and answers messages between clients.
- Replies to DMs while she is teaching
- Bookings that respect her break between sessions
- A few posts a week without opening four apps
The multi-location brand
A test prep company with a center near UCI, one by Irvine Spectrum and two more in neighboring cities, each with its own manager.
- Every location's Instagram and Google profile in one calendar
- Staff hours kept separate per center
- Consistent answers, with the right address in each reply
- Reports head office can open in a spreadsheet
Local business types that come in both sizes
Test prep
Class capacity per session and parents asking which center is closer. More: test prep centers.
Med spas
Consultations book in chat; forms ask only name, contact and time, never health details. More: med spas.
Dental offices
Front-desk questions like hours, parking and insurance accepted, answered from your records. More: dental offices.
Pilates studios
Reformer classes with a fixed number of machines, set as capacity. More: pilates studios.
Franchises
Several local accounts that must stay on brand. More: franchises.
Multi-location groups
Owner-run groups with two to five sites. More: multi-location businesses.
A parent asks the test prep company which center to use
An example conversation, not a real customer. Class seats come from each center's calendar.
Each center has its own address and parking notes in the records, which is why the reply named the right one. The business received the new-booking alert by SMS and email.
The same task at one location and at four
| Task | Solo owner | Several locations |
|---|---|---|
| Posting | Two or three posts a week to Instagram and Google Business Profile | One post adapted per location, all visible in one calendar |
| Answering messages | Assistant in autonomous mode for routine questions | Draft mode first, so managers approve replies until the answers are consistent |
| Booking | One calendar, her own hours and breaks | Each staff member and room named by center, each with their own hours |
| Knowledge | Website scan plus a few manual records | Website scan, then one record per address for parking, hours and directions |
| Reporting | A glance at the 30-day publishing report | XLSX or CSV exports for head office every month |
Everything above runs inside one AYDUKE account, within your plan's account limit. Clear names for staff and services by location keep it tidy.
Setting up a second or third location without chaos
Connect each location's accounts
Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile for every site connect through your own developer app over OAuth, with a step-by-step guide in the panel.
Let the assistant read the main site
It reads up to 500 pages and refreshes weekly. If your site has a page per location, those details come in too.
Add one record per address
Parking, suite number, hours and nearby landmarks. Manual records win over the site when they differ.
Name staff and services by location
For example, "SAT class, Spectrum" and "SAT class, University". Give each a capacity and each instructor their own working hours.
Set handoff keywords
Words like "refund" or "manager" move the chat to a person, so escalations reach the right center.
For Orange County agencies running several brands
Freelancers and agencies near the business district often manage a mix of solo clients and small chains. AYDUKE fits that work as a tool.
- Client accounts sit in one panel within your plan's account limit, and one calendar shows every scheduled post.
- The live platform check stops posts that break a character, media or file rule before they are queued.
- Publishing reports export as XLSX or CSV for each client meeting.
- The reseller program is free; you earn commission while businesses you refer keep paying.
Looking for an Irvine social media agency? AYDUKE is software, not an agency. It takes over the routine an agency often handles, scheduled posts, message replies and bookings, so you can run it in-house. If you already work with an agency for creative or ads, keep them; many businesses use both.
Test it at your size
