About the system

AYDUKE is an all-in-one social media management platform

Post scheduling, message and comment management, a text and voice AI assistant, bookings, orders and requests, team permissions and reporting in the same panel. You connect your accounts and prepare your content; AYDUKE handles publishing, replying and follow-up.

  • Plan and publish

Prepare one post for every account you choose; it is checked against each platform’s rules instantly and published automatically on time.

  • Calendar and control

See your whole publishing plan in month, week, day and agenda views, and reschedule a post in a single step.

  • Unified inbox

Reply to Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram messages and to Facebook, Instagram and Telegram comments from one screen.

  • AI assistant

Trained on your business information, FAQs, products and rules, the assistant answers your customers on your behalf, in your tone of voice.

  • Website chatbot

Added to your site with a single line of code, the chat window greets visitors even outside business hours and hands the conversation to live support when needed.

  • Reports and analytics

Track publishing success rates and the topic, sentiment and urgency of your conversations; download reports as XLSX or CSV.

  • Appointments and reservations

Let customers book right in the chat; free slots are calculated from your working hours and calendar, and every new booking reaches you by SMS.

  • An assistant that knows your site

Enter your website address; your pages, products and FAQs are scanned into the assistant’s knowledge base and refreshed every week.

  • Chat link

No website needed: share your own chat link and QR code in your Instagram bio, on WhatsApp or on your Google profile.

  • Voice assistant

Visitors tap the microphone in the chat window, ask out loud and hear the answer; a wake phrase such as “Hey AYDUKE” starts listening on its own.

  • Orders and requests

Add your product catalogue; customers fill a cart and order in the chat, or open a request for a service such as cleaning, repairs or moving.

  • Team and permissions

Invite your agency, staff or accountant to the panel and open each person only the sections they need, with view or manage rights.

Features

Every tool professional teams need, in one dashboard

Every screen in the dashboard is built for a real job: from content preparation to publishing, from customer message to report, the whole workflow lives in one place.

  • Post composer

Prepare title, text, link and media in one form. Save drafts, duplicate posts into new ones and schedule with one click.

  • Platform compatibility check

Character limits, media type, file count and size are checked for each platform with live counters; a post that breaks a rule cannot be scheduled.

  • Automatic publishing queue

Each target account is processed separately and retried on temporary errors; partial results and their causes are reported one by one.

  • Publishing calendar

Month, week, day and 30-day agenda views. Filter by platform and reschedule a post by changing its time.

  • Media library

Drag and drop images and videos; gallery view, bulk select and delete, and storage allocated according to your plan.

  • Unified message inbox

Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp and Telegram conversations in one list, with search, filters and direct replies.

  • Comment management

Reply to, delete or ignore Facebook, Instagram and Telegram comments; optionally let the AI prepare a draft or an automatic reply.

  • Live support console

Manage website and chat-link conversations with a queue, conversation view and visitor card; waiting chats are colour-flagged, take over, use canned replies or AI suggestions and download the transcript.

  • Publishing reports

Success rate over 7, 30 or 90 days, the last 12 months or a custom date range, compared with the previous period; XLSX and CSV export.

  • Conversation analytics

Messages, comments and website chats are classified by category, sentiment, urgency and topic, so you spot complaints before they grow.

  • Quick search

Press Ctrl+K or ⌘K to reach any page, action or setup guide in seconds.

  • Step-by-step setup

Connect your accounts securely through your own developer app, with a dedicated guide for every platform.

  • Appointment calendar

Manage bookings in list, day, week and month views; change their status, add phone bookings manually, and export as ICS, XLSX or CSV.

  • Delivery chart

Charts comparing total, successful and failed deliveries and the success rate with the previous period; per-platform lines and a below-threshold warning.

  • Data export

Reports, conversation analytics and appointments as XLSX or CSV; assistant knowledge as an Excel file you can edit and re-import; your media library as a single ZIP.

  • Account security

A verification code by SMS or email at sign-in, optional two-step verification with Google Authenticator plus backup codes; see recent sign-ins and end sessions on every device in one click.

  • Team and permissions

Add team members with ready-made roles or pick None, View or Manage module by module; invite by email, set an end date, suspend access and follow actions in the activity log.

  • Order management

Categories, products with images, option groups and stock; track incoming orders through statuses like new, preparing, on the way and delivered, and get notified of every new one.

  • Request management

Define your service types; see requests from the chat with date, address and description, mark them in progress or completed and add internal notes.

  • Unanswered questions

Questions the assistant couldn’t find in its knowledge base are collected in one list; answer once and the question is added to the knowledge base as an FAQ.

What you can do on each platform

Every platform has its own API rules. AYDUKE applies them before a post is scheduled, so there are no surprises at publishing time.

What you can do on each platform
Platform Post publishing Direct messages Comment replies Text limit Media
Facebook Supported Supported Supported 63,206 characters Optional, up to 10
X (Twitter) Supported Not supported Not supported 280 characters Optional, up to 4
Instagram Supported Supported Supported 2,200 characters Required, up to 10
LinkedIn Supported Not supported Not supported 3,000 characters Optional, up to 20
WhatsApp Messaging only Supported Not supported — —
YouTube Supported Not supported Not supported 5,000 characters Video (required)
Telegram Supported Supported Supported 4,096 characters Optional, up to 10
TikTok Supported Not supported Not supported 2,200 characters Video (required)
Google My Business Supported Not supported Not supported 1,500 characters Image, up to 1

Limits follow each platform’s current API rules; when a platform changes a rule, the dashboard is updated too. Publishing to Instagram requires a Business or Creator account.

  • Connected through your own app

Accounts connect via OAuth through a developer app you create; access keys are stored encrypted.

  • AI that works with your consent

Messages are not processed by AI until you give consent, and the assistant speaks only from the information you provide.

  • Card or bank transfer

Card payments are processed by Stripe and your card details never touch our servers; you can also pay by bank transfer if you prefer.

  • Multilingual interface

The interface is available in 96 languages, and prices are shown in the local currency of the language you choose.

AI Assistant & Chatbot

AI that answers your customers like you would

Train the AYDUKE assistant once with your business information or let it scan your website, then let it reply to Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram messages, comments and conversations on your website and chat link — on your behalf, in your tone of voice.

  • Your own knowledge base

Add general information, FAQs, products and rules; import them in bulk from Excel/CSV, or export, edit and re-import. The assistant speaks only from this information and does not make things up.

  • Draft or autonomous

Approve replies yourself first, or let the assistant send them directly. Public comments have a separate mode of their own.

  • Tone, language and signature

Choose a formal, friendly or short tone; the style note, reply language and signature are entirely up to you.

  • Working hours and daily limit

You set business hours, out-of-hours behaviour, handover keywords and the daily reply limit.

  • Handover to live support

When an answer is not enough, the assistant offers to transfer the chat to live support; if the visitor accepts, you are notified by SMS and email.

  • A chat window that carries your brand

The window opens with your logo, colours, position and welcome message, with ready install guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, ikas and Google Tag Manager. The AYDUKE name never appears in the window.

  • Learns from your website

Enter your site address and your pages, products, prices and FAQs are scanned into knowledge records. Shopify and WooCommerce catalogues are read too, and the scan refreshes every week.

  • Chat link and QR code

No website? Use your ayduke.com/chat/yourname link: put it in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp messages or Google profile, or print it as a QR code.

  • Voice assistant

The window listens through the microphone and reads answers aloud; you choose the text, voice or voice-and-text mode and the wake phrase. It uses the browser’s own speech features, and no audio is sent to the server.

  • In the visitor’s language

The window opens in the visitor’s device and page language, and your welcome texts are translated into it. In live support, incoming messages are translated into your language and your replies into the visitor’s, instantly.

  • Learns from your documents

Upload PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text files; content becomes knowledge entries, Q&A becomes FAQs and price lists become products. Test your assistant with an organisation profile, a training scorecard and a test screen.

  • Sales-minded conversation

If you want, the assistant reads where the visitor is in the buying journey, highlights benefits, answers objections and moves the chat towards an order, booking or quote; it never uses fake urgency or made-up prices.

New · Voice assistant

Ask without typing, hear the answer

The window on your website and your chat link become a voice assistant. The visitor taps the microphone and asks; what they say turns into text in the chat, and the assistant’s answer appears on screen while it is read aloud.

  • Starts with a wake phrase

The default is “Hey AYDUKE”; write one that suits your business. While the window is open, hearing the phrase starts listening on its own.

  • Three modes

Text, voice, or voice and text. You set the default, and visitors can change their own preference in the window.

  • No extra charge for voice

Speech recognition and read-aloud run in the visitor’s browser; no separate voice service or setup is needed.

  • No audio recordings

No audio reaches the server and nothing is recorded; only the transcribed text enters the chat. The microphone always opens with the visitor’s own permission.

Asking by microphone works in Chrome, Edge and Safari; read-aloud works in all current browsers.

A chat window built around the visitor

  • Visitor profile
  • Satisfaction survey
  • Six notification sounds
  • Large text

Appointments & Reservations

An assistant that takes bookings in the chat

From hair salons to clinics, estate agents to restaurants: customers ask for an appointment in the chat window on your website or through your chat link, and the assistant offers free slots from your real calendar. All you do is manage the bookings that come in.

  • Booking from the chat

Visitors ask in plain words, like “tomorrow at 7 pm”; the assistant understands the service, day and time and opens the booking card at the right step.

  • Real availability

Free slots take your working hours, holidays and breaks, existing bookings and connected calendars into account; no slot gets double-booked.

  • Services, staff and capacity

Give each service a duration, buffer, price and capacity; set up your staff with their own working hours. Group classes or restaurant tables with several guests are supported too.

  • Your own rules

Confirm bookings automatically or approve them yourself; decide how far in advance people can book, the cancellation deadline and the extra questions on the form.

  • SMS and email notifications

Every new booking reaches you by SMS and email. Your customer receives confirmation and reminder messages with a link to view or cancel the appointment.

  • Google, Apple and Outlook calendars

Bookings appear in your Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars through a calendar subscription, and events there count as busy time.

Orders & Requests

An assistant that takes orders and requests in the chat

From restaurants to water suppliers, florists to repair services: customers pick products and order, or open a service request, from the window on your website or your chat link. The assistant understands what they want and opens the right card ready-filled; you manage what comes in from the panel.

  • Product catalogue with images

Categories, image, description, sale price and unit; option groups such as size, extras or brand. Mark a product sold out in one click.

  • From chat to cart

When a visitor says “2 pizzas and a cola”, the products land in the cart; the visitor checks the cart, adds their details and sends the order themselves.

  • Delivery and payment rules

Delivery or pickup, minimum order, delivery fee and free-delivery threshold; cash or card on delivery, bank transfer or meal card.

  • Ordering hours and scheduled orders

Set up to two ordering time ranges per day; if you like, customers can schedule an order up to seven days ahead.

  • Service requests

Carpet cleaning, gas, roadside assistance, repairs, moving or renovation: define your request types, and visitors send their request with date, time, address and description.

  • Instant alerts, clear tracking

  4. 04. step

Visitors send orders and requests in the chat; you manage them all with their statuses in the panel.

Team & Permissions

Invite your team, you set the permissions

Your agency, staff or accountant sign in to the same account with their own email and password. Each person sees only the sections you open; your password, two-step verification and team management always stay with you alone.

  • Ready-made roles

Set up a member in seconds with the Full access, Agency, Content, Support, Chatbot and Reports roles, or build your own permission table.

  • Permissions per module

Choose None, View or Manage separately for accounts, posts, assistant, chats, inbox, orders, bookings, reports and payments.

  • Email invitations

The member receives a single-use invitation link, sets their own password and signs in to the panel with a verification code.

  • Multiple accounts for agencies

Someone on the team of several brands signs in with one password, picks the account to manage and switches between accounts.

  • End dates, suspension, sign-out

Give access an end date, suspend a member or end only their sessions; the change applies on the member’s next click.

  • Activity log

Follow what team members do in the panel and the changes made to the team, filtered by person.

Your account is as protected as your team

  • Sign-in verification code

After your password, a one-time code arrives by SMS or email; no session opens until the code is verified.

  • Two-step verification

A six-digit code from Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password, plus ten backup codes in case you lose your phone.

  • Session control

See your recent sign-ins and sign out of every device in one click; when your password changes, other sessions and team sessions end too.

  • Bot and spam shield

Automated requests, fake forms and replay attacks are stopped; a script writing into your chat window can’t burn through your AI credits.

How it works

Four steps: set it up and leave it

Setup is done once; after that, everything runs on its own. You prepare the posts and the assistant’s knowledge; AYDUKE takes care of publishing and replying.

  1. 01. step

    Connect your accounts

Follow the ready-made guide for each platform in the dashboard and connect your accounts securely through your own app.

  2. 02. step

    Prepare your content

Prepare the text and media once and choose the target accounts; platform compatibility is checked instantly.

  3. 03. step

    Set the calendar

Give each post a date and time; the calendar shows all upcoming posts together.

  4. 04. step

    Let AYDUKE run it

Posts go out on time; the assistant answers messages and takes bookings, orders and requests. Your team works only on the screens it has permission for, and you follow the results in reports.

Help

Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up most before getting started. If you cannot find your answer, write to us and we will explain.

What exactly does AYDUKE do?

AYDUKE is a platform that manages your social media accounts and customer communication from one dashboard. It schedules posts and publishes them automatically on time; answers direct messages, comments and chats on your website with an AI assistant trained on your own information; books appointments for your customers right in the chat; and reports on and analyses the results.

Which platforms does it work with?

9 platforms: Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok and Google My Business. All of them in the same panel; you choose which accounts a post goes to while preparing it.

What is the automation allowed to do on my accounts?

The AYDUKE automation is a tool authorised to publish the posts you scheduled on the accounts you connected. You grant the authorisation and you manage the account connections from the panel.

Can I change a scheduled post later?

The calendar is under your control. You can see queued posts in the panel, edit their content or timing, and remove them from the queue if you need to.

Can I publish the same post on more than one account?

Yes — that is the core idea. You prepare the post once and send it to all the accounts you select on the same schedule.

What does “media storage” mean in the plans?

It is the storage set aside for the images and videos you use in your posts. The plans offer 1 GB, 3 GB and 5 GB; the core features are identical in all three.

Which languages is the interface available in?

96 languages: Türkçe, English, Deutsch, Azərbaycan, العربية, Français, Nederlands, Español, Português, Italiano, 日本語, Polski, Qafaraf, አማርኛ, Беларуская, Български, বাংলা, Bosanski, Català, Čeština, Dansk, ދިވެހި, རྫོང་ཁ, Ελληνικά, Eesti, فارسی, Suomi, Føroyskt, עברית, Hrvatski, Magyar, Հայերեն, Bahasa Indonesia, Íslenska, ქართული, Қазақ тілі, Kalaallisut, ខ្មែរ, 한국어, Кыргызча, ລາວ, Lietuvių, Latviešu, Македонски, Монгол, Bahasa Melayu, မြန်မာ, नेपाली, Norsk, Română, Русский, සිංහල, Slovenčina, Slovenščina, Gagana Sāmoa, Soomaali, Shqip, Српски, Svenska, Kiswahili, Тоҷикӣ, ไทย, Türkmençe, Lea faka-Tonga, Українська, Oʻzbekcha, Tiếng Việt, 中文(简体), 中文(繁體), Afrikaans, کوردیی ناوەندی, Cymraeg, Euskara, Filipino, Gaeilge, Galego, ગુજરાતી, Hausa, हिन्दी, Igbo, ಕನ್ನಡ, Kurdî (Kurmancî), Lëtzebuergesch, മലയാളം, मराठी, Malti, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ, پښتو, தமிழ், తెలుగు, Татарча, ئۇيغۇرچە, اردو, isiXhosa, Yorùbá and isiZulu. You can switch using the language selector at the top right.

How does payment work?

Payments are taken by credit or debit card through Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. You can also choose bank transfer when selecting a plan: the bank details and your reference number are shown on screen, and your plan is activated once the payment is approved. Your invoice arrives by email after payment.

How does the AI assistant work?

In the dashboard you add information, FAQ, product and rule records about your business. For every incoming message, the assistant prepares a reply based on these records, in the tone and language you chose. It does not invent answers on topics missing from your knowledge base; it offers to hand the conversation over to you.

Will the assistant reply to my customers without my approval?

It is your decision. In draft mode the assistant prepares a reply and it is sent once you approve it; in autonomous mode it sends directly. Because comments are public, they are managed in a separate mode that is off by default.

How do we add the website chatbot to our site?

You paste the one-line code from the “Add to Website” screen in the dashboard into your site’s pages. On the same screen you set the window’s position, colours, logo, welcome message, which pages it appears on and which domains it runs on.

Is the AYDUKE name visible in the chat window?

No. The window opens entirely with your brand, there is no “powered by” line, and the assistant speaks only on behalf of your business.

Which channels does the assistant work on?

The website chat window and your chat link; Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram direct messages; and Facebook, Instagram and Telegram comments.

What do I need to connect my accounts?

For each platform you enter the details of your own developer app (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google) or, for Telegram, your bot token. The dashboard includes a step-by-step setup guide for every platform; connections use OAuth and keys are stored encrypted.

Can I publish to Instagram with a personal account?

Instagram allows publishing through its API only for Business and Creator accounts. Media is also required for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube posts, and TikTok and YouTube accept video only.

Can I export my reports and data?

Yes. Publishing reports, conversation analytics and appointments can be downloaded as XLSX or CSV; you can export the assistant’s knowledge records to Excel and download your whole media library as a single ZIP file.

Can the assistant book appointments for my customers?

Yes. Once you turn on the booking system and add your services, your website chat window and chat link start taking appointments. The assistant understands the service, day and time the visitor wants; the system shows free slots from your real calendar and the visitor picks and confirms. Every new booking reaches you by SMS and email.

Can I see my appointments in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar?

Yes. Add the calendar subscription address from your dashboard to Google Calendar, Apple/iCloud Calendar or Outlook and your bookings show up there. It works the other way too: add the ICS address or an .ics file of your external calendar, and its events count as busy time, so no bookings are taken at those hours.

Which businesses is the booking system for?

There are ready-made templates for hair salons, barbers, beauty salons, nails, skin care, spa and massage, clinics, real estate, automotive, restaurants, education and consulting; a template adds sample services and form fields and you edit the rest. Services with capacity also handle bookings where several people share the same slot, such as group classes or restaurant tables.

Can the assistant use the information on my website?

Yes. You enter your own website address in the agent settings; up to 500 pages are scanned by following the sitemap and page links, and products, prices, FAQs and contact details become knowledge records. The scan refreshes itself every week. Only a site verified as yours is scanned, and if the information you entered manually conflicts with the site, yours wins.

Can I use the chatbot without a website?

Yes. On the “Add to Website” screen you open your own chat link (ayduke.com/chat/yourname). It opens as a full-page chat; you can put it in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp messages, Google Business Profile or, with the QR code the dashboard generates, on printed materials. If the booking system is on, visitors can book appointments there too.

What are AI credits and how are they used?

AI credits are the unit for replies the assistant writes with artificial intelligence. Each reply uses credits based on its length: a short reply about 1, a reply using site data or a long conversation history 3–4 credits. Website chat, direct message and comment replies and AI-powered conversation analysis draw on credits; publishing, the calendar, media and reports do not. The free demo includes 1,000 credits and the plans Starter 200,000, Professional 400,000 and Business 600,000 credits. Plan credits are a total, not a monthly amount, and are valid for 1 year; your remaining balance is always visible in the panel.

What happens when my AI credits run out?

Nothing stops. You get an email when 80% of your credits are used and when they run out. Once they run out the assistant no longer writes new AI replies: the website window still answers greetings and questions from your training data for free, direct messages and comments come to you, and conversation analysis switches to free rule-based classification. If you do not want to wait, you can buy one of the extra packs (250,000, 500,000 and 1,000,000 credits) in the panel by card or bank transfer; extra credits do not expire with the period and are used after your plan credits.

What is included in the free demo?

Your demo account opens the moment you sign up and lasts 7 days; no credit card or payment details are required. All 9 platforms and every core feature of the plans are open in the demo: post scheduling and automatic publishing, the unified message and comment inbox, the AI assistant, the website chatbot, appointment booking and reports. Number of social media accounts you can connect: 1. The demo account comes with 25 MB of media storage. 1,000 AI credits are included so you can try the assistant. When the demo ends, plans appear in your panel; pick one and carry on where you left off.

Who do I ask about plans and invoices?

The quickest way is to get in touch with us. Our phone and email details are in the contact area at the bottom of the page, or you can write to us through the chat window in the corner of the page.

Can the chatbot work as a voice assistant?

Yes. Turn the voice assistant on in the chat experience settings on the “Add to Site” screen; you choose the mode (text, voice, or voice and text) and the wake phrase (“Hey AYDUKE” by default). The visitor taps the microphone and speaks, what they say turns into text in the chat, and the answer appears in writing and is read aloud. Speech recognition and read-aloud run in the visitor’s browser: no audio reaches the server and nothing is recorded. Asking by microphone works in Chrome, Edge and Safari; read-aloud works in all current browsers.

Can I give my team or agency access to the panel?

Yes. On the “Team & Permissions” screen you add members and invite them by email. Pick one of the ready-made roles or grant None, View or Manage separately for each module. You can give a member an end date, suspend them or end their sessions, and their actions appear in the activity log. Your password, two-step verification and team management stay with the account owner only. Someone on the team of several brands signs in with one password and picks the account.

Can my customers order in the chat?

Yes. Once you turn on the ordering system and add your categories and products (image, price, options, stock), your website window and chat link start taking orders. The products the visitor asks for land in the cart; the visitor checks the cart, enters their name, phone, address and payment preference and sends the order. Totals are calculated on the server from your catalogue prices. Payment isn’t taken online: the choice of cash or card on delivery, bank transfer or meal card is recorded with the order.

Can I take service requests as well as bookings?

Yes. In the request system you define your request types, such as carpet cleaning, gas, water, roadside assistance, repairs, moving or renovation. When a visitor describes what they need in the chat, the assistant opens the request form pre-filled; the visitor sends it with a preferred date, time, address and description. The date is saved as a preference and your calendar isn’t checked; you pick up the request in the panel and contact your customer.

Can I protect my account with two-step verification?

Yes. After your password, a one-time code is already requested by SMS or email at sign-in. For stronger protection, connect an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password from the Profile screen; from then on sign-in asks for the six-digit code in the app, and you get ten single-use backup codes in case you lose your phone.

Does the chat window open in the visitor’s language?

Yes. The window looks at the visitor’s device and browser language, the page language and their location; your welcome message and quick questions are translated into that language. In live support, incoming messages are translated into your language and your replies into the visitor’s, instantly; this translation uses your AI credits.
