A month of scheduled posts for a San Diego business, written out

Mild weather keeps outdoor business going most of the year here, so there is never an obvious quiet month to catch up on posting. Below is a sample four-week calendar you can adapt, and how AYDUKE publishes it while you are out on the water or behind the bar.

  • Prepare a post once, choose the accounts and a time
  • Each account is published separately, with retries on temporary errors
  • The DMs that follow are answered from your own information

Why a calendar works better than posting when you remember

Owners here tend to be outside. Surf instructors start at 7 a.m., brewery crews are busiest on weekend afternoons, yoga teachers are on the sand at sunset. Posting "when there is a minute" usually means a burst of posts and then two quiet weeks.

The year still has a shape without a harsh winter. Summer visitors and big conventions downtown, gray early-summer mornings along the coast, Navy and Marine families arriving and leaving, students at the universities, visitors from across the border. Each brings different questions and different reasons to post.

Automated social media posting in AYDUKE is simple on purpose: prepare a post once, pick the accounts, pick a time. The queue publishes each account on its own, retries after temporary errors and reports anything that failed, with the reason.

The DM that the week 2 post brings in

An example of the loop from post to booking. Not a real customer; the times come from the school calendar.

Customer: saw your post about gray mornings. is a first lesson still ok on saturday?
Assistant: Hi. Lessons run on overcast mornings as usual; if conditions are unsafe, the instructor contacts you to reschedule. A beginner group lesson takes 90 minutes. Saturday has spots at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Which one works?
Customer: 8. do I need my own wetsuit?
Assistant: Wetsuit and board are included in the lesson. I have Saturday at 8:00 a.m. in the beginner group for you. When you confirm, a confirmation email with a link to view or cancel is sent, followed by a reminder email.
Customer: done, thanks
Sample conversation. The assistant only answers from the information you give it.

The assistant did not predict Saturday's surf. It cannot know that. It answered from the school policy and offered what the calendar showed.

Building your own month in AYDUKE

  1. Draft the month in one sitting

Save posts as drafts, or copy last month's posts as a starting point and change the details.

  2. Choose the accounts for each post

Send a post to every platform or only some; a video can go to TikTok and YouTube while a photo goes to Instagram, Facebook and Google.

  3. Let the platform check run

Character limits, media type, file count and file size are checked live, so a post that would be rejected is never queued.

  4. Place the posts on the calendar

Month, week, day or 30-day agenda view, filtered by platform. Move a post by changing its time.

  5. Prepare the assistant for the replies

Let it read your website, up to 500 pages with a weekly refresh, and add the policies people ask about.

  6. Review at month end

The publishing report shows success rate by platform and compares it with the previous period.

An agency calendar or your own?

Searching for a San Diego social media agency? Many produce calendars like the one above, plus the creative, for a monthly fee. AYDUKE does not make content. It is the software that publishes posts on time and handles the messages that follow. If an agency writes your calendar, keep them for that part.

An owner-run calendar

You decide the topics, shoot on your phone and schedule the month in AYDUKE. Replies and bookings run through the assistant, with you approving drafts or letting it answer on its own.

An agency or freelancer with several clients

Connect every client account in one panel within your plan account limit and see all calendars together. Export reports as XLSX or CSV. The free reseller program pays commission for as long as the businesses you referred keep paying.

One thing a calendar cannot do is react to the day. Leave room each week for something that happens live, like a pod of dolphins, a keg that sold out or a class with a sudden opening, and post it the moment it happens.

Schedule your first month in the demo

Sign up and the demo account is open straight away, no card required. Connect one account, schedule the first week and watch the posts go out.

Frequently asked questions

Can AYDUKE send one post to both Instagram and TikTok?

Yes, if it is a video. TikTok and YouTube take video only, and Instagram needs an image or video. The platform check tells you before scheduling if a post does not fit one of the chosen accounts.

We are close to the border and get questions in Spanish. What can we set?

Choose the reply language in the panel, along with tone and signature. Write the key facts clearly in the knowledge base and check a few answers in draft mode first.

Can the assistant tell people whether the surf or the weather is good today?

No. It has no live information about conditions, traffic or weather. It can share your own policy, for example what happens when a lesson is called off.

Do San Diego customers get reminders by text?

No. In the US, reminders go out by email, together with a confirmation email and a link to view or cancel. New-booking alerts come to you by SMS and email.

Does AYDUKE have anyone based in San Diego?

No. AYDUKE is remote software without local offices. Setup is guided inside the panel, and questions go through the contact page.
