Liverpool: one freelancer, five local clients, one calendar
Liverpool has a busy creative scene, and many small businesses hand their social media to a freelancer rather than an agency. This page follows a made-up freelancer in the Baltic Triangle through a working day, shows who does what between client, freelancer and software, and explains how businesses can also run things themselves.
- Several clients’ accounts in one panel, within the plan’s account limit
- Replies go out in each client’s name and tone
- Monthly reports as XLSX or CSV for client meetings
Free for 7 days, no credit card required
Freelance life
A Tuesday for a freelancer with five Liverpool clients
A made-up example: a café on Bold Street, a boxing gym, a barber in the Georgian Quarter, a guest house near the waterfront and a dog groomer in the suburbs. All their accounts are connected in one AYDUKE panel.
- 08:45Week view of the calendar, filtered by platform. Two café posts are due today; one was pushed back yesterday because the new cake had not been photographed yet.
- 09:30The inbox shows overnight conversations. Each client’s assistant answered in that client’s tone. The gym got three trial-session bookings. Two conversations were handed off; she forwards them to the owners.
- 11:00Photos arrive from the barber. Into the media library, three posts for Instagram and Facebook, one short video for TikTok.
- 14:00Monthly meeting with the guest house. She exports the publishing report as XLSX and goes through the questions the assistant could not answer; new entries are added.
- 17:30Done for the day. Replies keep running under each client’s rules.

Waterfront, Baltic Triangle, Bold Street: Liverpool in brief
Liverpool is a port city with a famous waterfront, a deep music history and two Premier League football clubs. The Baltic Triangle has filled old warehouses with studios, start-ups and venues, Bold Street and the Georgian Quarter are known for independent food and shops, and the cruise terminal and the spring races bring visitors from far away.
Many small businesses here are owner-run, and their owners have little time for social media. Rather than hire an agency, a lot of them work with a local freelancer who knows them and their customers. Those freelancers juggle several clients and need to switch between them without logging in and out of a dozen apps.
For owners who would rather do it themselves, the same tools work in the other direction: one panel, one calendar, one inbox for their own business.
For freelancers and agencies: things to agree before taking a client on
AYDUKE is software, not an agency, and it does not create content. These are the practical points that make working for several clients smooth.
- Whose developer app the accounts connect through, and who keeps access if you stop working together
- How many accounts fit in your plan, since the account limit covers all clients together; there are no separate workspaces per client
- Who keeps the assistant’s entries current when prices or hours change
- Whether replies run in draft mode for the client to approve, and who approves
- That the client has given consent for AI processing of messages, because it does not start without it
- Which report goes out each month as XLSX or CSV
- The free reseller programme at /bayilik.php pays commission on businesses you refer, for as long as they keep paying; AYDUKE itself has no office in Liverpool

Frequently asked questions
Can I set a different tone for each client?
Tone, style note, reply language and sign-off are set in the panel. Check in the demo how this maps onto several businesses in one panel before you move clients over.
Do customers see that a freelancer or software is involved?
The chat window shows the business’s logo, colours and greeting; AYDUKE’s name does not appear.
Can the assistant reply to LinkedIn or TikTok messages?
No. On LinkedIn, X, YouTube and TikTok, AYDUKE publishes posts but does not answer messages or comments.
What does a reply cost in AI credits?
About one credit for a short reply, three to four for a longer one or one using website knowledge. Posting, calendars and reports use no credits.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, where card details never touch AYDUKE’s servers, or by bank transfer. See plans.
