Leicester wedding season: one celebration, a dozen suppliers, hundreds of messages

Leicester is known for large, multi-day celebrations, and a whole local economy has grown around them along Belgrave Road and beyond: bridal and outfit shops, jewellers, mehndi and make-up artists, caterers, decorators and photographers. Families ask detailed questions long before the date. This page shows how suppliers can answer, check availability and book consultations without losing track.

  • Date availability checked against your real calendar
  • Consultations and trials booked with the right person
  • Prices for bespoke work left to you, not the AI

A family enquiry to a mehndi artist

A made-up conversation over Instagram DM. Trial lengths, travel area and the rule that wedding-day bookings need approval are in the artist’s entries.

Customer: Hi, my sister is getting married next May. Do you have the 16th free? And can we do a trial first?
Assistant: Hi, congratulations to your sister. 16 May has nothing booked yet; the artist confirms wedding-day bookings personally. Bridal trials take about two hours, and there are openings on Sunday 9 November at 11:00 or 14:00.
Customer: 14:00 please. Do you travel to Loughborough?
Assistant: Yes, the artist travels within Leicestershire, with a travel fee outside the city. I have booked the trial for 14:00 and passed your wedding-date request to her. You will get a confirmation email for the trial.
Customer: How much is bridal plus four guests?
Assistant: Prices depend on the designs, so she shares a quote after the trial. I have added your question to the request.
Sample conversation. The assistant only answers from the information you give it.

Availability came from the calendar, travel from the entries. The wedding date and quote were handed to the artist, who is notified by text and email.

Entries every wedding supplier should write

  • Your travel area and any travel fee
  • How far ahead you take bookings and how trials work
  • Deposits and cancellation terms, in plain words; deposits themselves are handled outside the chat
  • What is included in packages, without quoting bespoke prices if you prefer not to
  • Languages your team speaks, as families often write in more than one
  • Handoff keywords for quotes, deposits, complaints and anything about skin reactions or allergies

Golden Mile, the clock tower and a city of many communities

Leicester is one of the most diverse cities in Britain, with large South Asian communities and many others besides. Belgrave Road and the Golden Mile are famous for jewellers, sari and outfit shops and sweet centres, and the city’s Diwali celebrations draw visitors from far beyond the Midlands. Two universities, the National Space Centre and the story of King Richard III add to the city’s mix.

Weddings and family celebrations here can last several days and involve many suppliers. Families plan months ahead, compare carefully and ask a lot of questions, often in the evening and often on Instagram or WhatsApp.

For small suppliers, many of them one- or two-person businesses, that means a busy inbox and a calendar where one double booking on a wedding date would be a disaster.

Marketing through an agency, or a reliable inbox and calendar?

Beautiful portfolio posts might be worth outside help. AYDUKE is not an agency and does not produce content; it schedules your posts, answers routine questions and keeps your calendar straight.

In your own hands

Post your work on Instagram, Facebook and your Google Business Profile from one calendar, with short videos for TikTok and YouTube. Connect accounts through your own developer app with OAuth; the panel guides you step by step. Related pages: Wedding planners, Wedding venues, Beauty salons, Photographers.

With help, or helping others

An agency or photographer can deliver content and schedule it in the same panel. Freelancers who manage several wedding suppliers can run their accounts in one login within the plan’s account limit and export XLSX or CSV reports; the free reseller programme at /bayilik.php pays commission while referred businesses keep paying. AYDUKE is online software from a UK-registered company, with no office in Leicester.

You set one reply language in the panel. Choose the one most of your customers use and list in your entries which languages your team speaks; test in the demo what works for you.

Can families book several people for the wedding morning?

Appointments have a duration and capacity. Try in the demo how to set up group bookings for your service.

Can AYDUKE take deposits?

No. It does not take payments in chat. Set wedding-day bookings to need your approval and handle deposits your usual way.

Do customers get text reminders?

Not in the UK at present. They get confirmation and reminder emails with a link to view or cancel.

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe, where card details never touch AYDUKE’s servers, or by bank transfer. See plans.
