Match weekend
Friday evening: a visiting fan asks about Saturday
A made-up conversation through Instagram DM with a restaurant near the castle. Match-day hours and a capacity rule for groups are in its entries.
The set menu, time limit and after-match rules came from the restaurant’s entries. The restaurant is notified by text and email; guests get emails, not texts.

| Time | Capacity | Rule | What the assistant says |
|---|---|---|---|
| 11:30 to 14:30 | two sittings | set menu, 90 minutes | Time limit and walking time to the stadium |
| During the match | reduced staff | walk-ins only | Opening hours and whether the match is shown |
| After the match | bar and few tables | no bookings | Food until 9pm, first come first served |
| Groups of 10+ | with approval | pre-order needed | Handed to the team |
Road closures around the stadium change on event days. Write the practical consequences in your entries, such as later deliveries or a different entrance.
Stadium, Bay and arcades: Cardiff in brief
Cardiff is the capital of Wales, with its national stadium right in the city centre, a castle a few minutes away and Victorian shopping arcades between them. Cardiff Bay has the Senedd, restaurants and the waterfront; Pontcanna and Canton have their own cafés and independents. The universities keep the city young.
Because the stadium sits in the centre, international rugby and big concerts reshape the whole weekend. Some businesses have their busiest days of the year, others close early because their regular customers stay away. Either way, people ask: are you open, can we book, how far is it, is the road closed.
Cardiff is also a bilingual city. Some customers write in Welsh, most in English. You choose one reply language for the assistant, and you can note in your entries that your team is happy to chat in Welsh too.

A Cardiff agency, or match weekends handled in-house?
AYDUKE is not an agency and does not write content. It publishes what you prepare and answers the questions it brings.
In-house
Plan your posts in a quiet week, add the entries, and let the assistant handle the rush while you serve. Anything unusual comes back to you.
With help
An agency can keep producing campaigns and schedule them in the same panel. Freelancers looking after several city-centre businesses can run those accounts from one login within their plan’s account limit and share XLSX or CSV reports, and earn commission through the free reseller programme at /bayilik.php while referred businesses keep paying. AYDUKE has no office in Wales and no link to any stadium or team.

Frequently asked questions
Can the assistant reply in Welsh?
You choose the reply language in the panel. Test in the demo whether the language you need works for your customers, and say in your entries which languages your team speaks.
Can match-day sittings appear only on certain dates?
Yes. Make the service bookable only on the dates you choose; on other days it does not appear.
Do guests get text reminders?
Not in the UK at present. They get confirmation and reminder emails with a link to view or cancel.
Do scheduled posts use AI credits?
No. Posting, the calendar and reports use no credits; only the assistant’s replies do.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, where card details never touch AYDUKE’s servers, or by bank transfer. See plans.
