Four weeks of posts for a business on the Coastal Bend
Corpus Christi runs on the port and refineries, Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, the Island University and a coastline that draws anglers, winter Texans and spring break crowds to North Padre and Mustang Island. This page lays out a sample four-week content calendar, with Facebook groups at the center, and shows what AYDUKE schedules, answers and books.
- Automatic posting to your Facebook page and Facebook groups
- Instagram, Google Business Profile and more on the same schedule
- Chat bookings with confirmation and reminder emails for customers

Why groups
On the Coastal Bend, a lot of recommendations happen in Facebook groups. Fishing groups, island community groups, military spouse groups, winter Texan groups at the RV parks. A business that shows up there regularly, with useful posts instead of ads, gets asked for by name. AYDUKE can post to Facebook groups automatically, on the same schedule as your page and other accounts.
Who you are posting for
Anglers and charter customers
They plan around the bay and Gulf trips and want dates, seats and what to bring. More: fishing charters.
Island visitors
Spring break and summer guests at Padre and Mustang Island ask about rentals and campsites. More: vacation rentals, campgrounds.
Winter Texans
Seasonal residents from the Midwest who return every year and follow local groups closely.
Port, refinery and base workers
Shift schedules mean early and late bookings for gyms, food and home services. More: gyms, HVAC contractors.
Neighborhood regulars
Families who order the same breakfast tacos every Saturday. More: taquerias.
A sample four-week calendar
Built for a small charter and bait shop in March. Adapt the themes to your trade.
| Week | Facebook page and groups | Google Business Profile | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Spring trip dates open, how to book in chat | Photo of the boat and crew | Updated spring hours |
| Week 2 | What to bring on a bay trip, a checklist post | Short video from the dock | Post about group trips |
| Week 3 | Spring break weekend availability | Customer catch photo (with permission) | Weekend hours note |
| Week 4 | Thank-you post and early summer dates | Behind the scenes: rigging and bait prep | Summer booking opens |
Each post is written once and sent to the page, groups and other accounts you select. Instagram needs an image or video. The platform check stops a post that breaks a rule before it is queued.
A question from a fishing group post
An example exchange, not a real customer. Seats come from the charter calendar, where each trip has a set capacity.
The license note is a record the owner wrote. The captain received an SMS and email about the booking.
A Corpus Christi social media agency, or the calendar in your hands?
AYDUKE is software, not an agency. It will not write the posts in the calendar above. It will publish them on time, answer routine replies and book trips. Keep an agency or photographer for creative work if you like.
Owners running it
- Write a month of posts on a slow afternoon
- Let the assistant answer from your records, as drafts or on its own
- Customers get confirmation and reminder emails
Agencies and freelancers on the coast
- Several clients in one panel within the plan's account limit
- Every client's group and page posts in one calendar
- XLSX or CSV reports for each client
- Commission through the free reseller program as referred businesses pay
After the four weeks
Open the publishing report for the last 30 days. It shows how many posts went out successfully, compares them with the previous period and breaks results down by platform. If a group or account keeps failing, the report shows why, and a warning appears when success drops below the threshold.
Then repeat the calendar with the next season: summer family trips, fall redfish runs, the return of winter Texans in the colder months. Copy last year's posts as a starting point, change the dates and schedule them again.

Frequently asked questions
Does AYDUKE have an office in Corpus Christi?
No. AYDUKE is online software. There is no local office or team; setup runs through guides in the panel, and support is on the contact page.
Can we post to groups we do not manage?
Group posting depends on the group's own rules and your permissions there. Check with the group admins, and follow each group's posting rules.
Many of our customers write in Spanish. What should we set?
You choose the assistant's reply language. Pick the language most of your customers use, and add handoff keywords so other chats reach you.
Do customers get text reminders before their trip?
In the US, customers receive confirmation and reminder emails with a link to view or cancel. Texts to customers are not available here. You get new-booking alerts by SMS and email.
Can the assistant warn customers about weather cancellations?
Not on its own. It has no live information. When you cancel trips, update the calendar and schedule a post.
