Solo studio or three locations: setting up in Orlando
Orlando has a lot of one-person businesses and a lot of multi-location ones, from franchises along International Drive to family groups with branches near UCF and Lake Nona. They use the same tools in very different ways. This page compares a solo setup with a multi-location one, side by side.
- Solo: one inbox, one calendar, the assistant covering your busy hours
- Multi-location: several accounts in one panel within your plan's limit
- Both: posts scheduled once, bookings inside the chat

How the setup differs by size
| Topic | Solo owner | Three locations |
|---|---|---|
| Accounts | One Instagram, one Facebook page, one Google profile | Accounts for each location, connected within the plan's account limit |
| Posts | Written once, sent to your own accounts | Shared brand posts to all locations, local posts to one |
| Inbox | You answer what the assistant hands off | Managers watch the same unified inbox |
| Knowledge base | Your hours, prices and rules | Each location described separately so answers name the right address |
| Calendar | Your own working hours and breaks | Staff at each location with their own hours |
| Reports | A quick look every month | XLSX or CSV exports compared across the locations' accounts |
Three Orlando examples
Both are illustrations, not real businesses.
A one-chair lash studio in College Park
The owner works alone, often with her hands full. Clients book fills every two to three weeks, and new clients find her on Instagram. She needs replies while she works and a calendar that never double-books.
A three-location car detailing business
Branches near International Drive, Lake Nona and the UCF area. Tourists ask about rental returns, locals book monthly details. The owner wants one view of everything and managers who see what they need.
A freelancer who runs both
A freelance social media manager handles posting for the studio and the detailer, plus a few other local clients. She connects them all within her plan's account limit and plans every client's month in one calendar.
Tuesday for the solo studio
The lash artist blocks her day in full sets and fills. Here is how AYDUKE fits around her.
- 8:00 a.m.She checks the inbox over coffee. Three questions about fill timing were answered overnight from her rules.
- 10:30 a.m.Mid-appointment, a new client DMs about a classic set. The assistant shows Thursday's open times; the client books.
- 1:00 p.m.A scheduled before-and-after post goes to Instagram and Facebook.
- 6:30 p.m.She reads the SMS and email alerts from the day's bookings and answers one chat about an allergy question herself.
A tourist writes to the detailing business
An example exchange, not a real customer. Each location is described in the knowledge base; bay availability comes from the calendar.
The Lake Nona manager gets the alert, and so does the owner.
Hiring an Orlando social media agency at either size
AYDUKE is software, not an agency. It does not create content or run campaigns. It takes the routine off your hands: scheduling, replying and booking. Some owners keep an agency or freelancer for photos and strategy and use AYDUKE for the daily flow.
Solo owner
An agency retainer can be a big line item for one person. With AYDUKE you can run the routine yourself in short sessions and bring in a freelancer only for shoots.
Multi-location owner, or the agency itself
- Several accounts in one panel, within the plan's account limit
- One calendar with filters by platform
- XLSX or CSV reports for each review meeting
- Agencies can join the free reseller program and earn commission as referred businesses pay
Getting each setup live
Connect accounts
Every platform connects through your own developer app over OAuth. The panel's step-by-step guides cover each one; multi-location owners repeat it per account.
Load knowledge
Give the assistant your website: up to 500 pages, refreshed weekly, Shopify and WooCommerce catalogs included. Add each location's address, hours and parking by hand.
Build services and staff
Durations, buffers and capacity for every service. Staff get their own working hours.
Pick reply mode
Solo owners often start in draft mode. Multi-location owners can set handoff keywords so complaints reach a manager.
Posting rhythm for a tourist-heavy market
- Visitors plan on Instagram and Google Keep hours and location posts current on your Google Business Profile, especially around holiday weeks when the parks are busiest.
- Locals follow on Facebook Monthly specials and staff news, plus posts in neighborhood groups.
- Students near UCF use TikTok Short videos, published there and on YouTube at the same time.
- Summer storms change plans A quick Google and Instagram post when you close early saves a lot of messages.

Frequently asked questions
Does AYDUKE have an office in Orlando?
No. AYDUKE is online software with no local office or team. Setup runs through guides in the panel, and support is available on the contact page.
Our three locations keep different hours. Will the assistant mix them up?
Write each location's address, hours and parking as separate records, and give staff at each location their own working hours. The system only offers times inside those hours, and the assistant quotes the location the customer asked about.
Do our tourist customers get text reminders?
In the US, customers get confirmation and reminder emails with a link to view or cancel. Texts to customers are not available here. New-booking alerts reach you by SMS and email.
Can the assistant answer questions about theme park tickets?
Only if you sell or advise on them and add that to your records. It has no live information about parks, prices or crowds and will not guess.
We are one of several franchise locations. Can we post our own local content?
Yes. Connect your own location's accounts and schedule local posts alongside brand posts, within whatever your franchise agreement allows.
