Channel by channel: where Miami customers message you

Miami customers reach businesses through more channels than most American cities, often switching between English and Spanish on the way. This page goes through each channel, what people use it for here, and exactly what AYDUKE does and does not do there.

  • Instagram DMs, Messenger, WhatsApp and website chat in one inbox
  • Answers from your own knowledge base, kept in English and Spanish
  • Bookings in the chat from your real calendar

WhatsApp is worth connecting here if your customers already use it, but Instagram and Messenger usually carry more of the daily questions in the US.

A cruise passenger asks about a Sunday boat tour

An example conversation, not a real guest. Seat counts come from the tour calendar; the assistant never invents a seat.

Customer: Hi, our ship docks Sunday morning. Do you have a bay tour we can do before we board again at 3?
Assistant: Welcome to town. The 90-minute bay tour leaves at 10:00 and 12:00 on Sunday. The 10:00 has four seats left and the 12:00 has six. How many are you?
Customer: Three. 10:00 please. How far is the dock from the cruise terminal?
Assistant: The dock is a short ride from the cruise terminal; most guests take a rideshare. Booking three seats at 10:00. You will get a confirmation email with a link to view or cancel.
Customer: Great, thank you.
Sample conversation. The assistant only answers from the information you give it.

The distance answer is an entry the operator wrote, not something the assistant looked up. The tour is set up as a service with a seat capacity, and the operator gets an SMS and an email for each booking.

Why so many channels at once

The city is a gateway between the United States and Latin America: international trade and banking in Brickell, a busy cruise port, visitors all winter, and neighborhoods like Little Havana and Wynwood with their own customer base. Spanish is part of daily business, and many households keep in touch with family abroad on WhatsApp, so it shows up in business inboxes too.

The calendar shifts with the seasons. Winter is high season, with Art Basel in December and a steady flow of visitors through spring. Summer and early fall bring heat, fewer tourists and hurricane season, when plans change on short notice.

For posting, keep Instagram as the center: several posts a week with real work, venues and plates, plus Stories. Share the same posts to Facebook for families and to your Google Business Profile for people searching nearby. If most of your customers write in Spanish, post in both languages rather than choosing one.

Miami trades that juggle the most channels

  • Boat tours

Seats per departure, visitor questions from other countries. More: boat tour operators.

  • Med spas

Consultations booked in the chat; forms limited to contact details, no health questions. More: med spas.

  • Real estate agents

Showings requested by buyers abroad, answered from your listing entries. More: real estate agents.

  • Restaurants and venues

Table reservations and event tours with a capacity per slot. More: restaurants, event venues.

  • Nail salons

Walk-ins mixed with bookings, each tech on her own hours. More: nail salons.

During hurricane season the assistant does not track storms, closures or airport news. Keep a knowledge base entry for your storm policy, and when you close, update it and schedule a post to Instagram, Facebook and your Google profile at once. Customers can cancel through the link in their confirmation email.

A Miami social media agency, or your own inbox

AYDUKE is software, not an agency. It does not produce content. It covers the routine: posting on time, replies and bookings.

An agency is a good fit for

  • Photo and video production
  • Bilingual campaigns and paid ads
  • Launches and rebrands

You can run yourself

  • One post to every connected account on schedule
  • Replies across Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and site chat
  • Bookings into real open times
  • Reports for 7, 30 or 90 days

Already working with an agency? They can plan inside the same panel while the assistant handles the inbox.

Connecting the channels in a sensible order

  1. Instagram and Facebook first

Both connect through your own Meta developer app via OAuth, with a step-by-step guide in the panel.

  2. Website chat or chat link

Add the chatbot with one line of code, or use the chat link and QR code if you have no website.

  3. WhatsApp if your customers use it

Its messages join the same inbox. Posts are not published to WhatsApp.

  4. Knowledge base in both languages

Enter hours, prices and policies in English and Spanish, or give your website address; up to 500 pages are read and refreshed weekly. Reply language and tone are your settings.

  5. Google profile last

Connect it for scheduled posts once the rest is running.

For agencies and freelancers with Miami clients

  • Many accounts, one calendar Connect several clients' accounts within your plan's account limit and see every scheduled post by month, week, day or 30-day agenda.
  • Reports to send Success rate, previous-period comparison and per-platform charts, exported as XLSX or CSV.
  • Reseller program Free to join; commission is paid as long as the businesses you refer keep paying.

Connect two channels in a demo

A free demo account is ready at signup, with no credit card. Every platform and the core features are included, with AI credits to test replies in English and Spanish.

Frequently asked questions

Can the chatbot answer Spanish-speaking customers?

Reply language is a setting you choose, along with tone and signature. Enter your key answers in Spanish and English so the facts match whichever language you use.

Do customers from abroad get text reminders?

No. Customers receive confirmation and reminder emails with a link to view or cancel, which works for visitors from any country. You get new-booking alerts by SMS and email.

We are a med spa in Brickell. What should we avoid collecting in the chat?

Keep booking forms to name, contact details and preferred time, and ask customers not to share health details in the chat. AYDUKE makes no HIPAA compliance claims; check your obligations with your own advisor.

Does AYDUKE have an office in Miami?

No. AYDUKE is remote software run by a company based in the United Kingdom, with no office in Florida. Reach the team through the contact page.
