AYDUKE

Service area · Florida

Every channel your Hialeah customers use, sorted in one place

Customers here reach a bakery, a salon or a body shop in several ways at once: an Instagram DM, a Facebook comment, a WhatsApp message from a cousin who got your number, a question on your website. Many of them write in Spanish. This page goes channel by channel and explains what AYDUKE does on each one, and where it stops.

  • A plain table of what works on each platform, including the limits
  • One inbox for Instagram DMs, Messenger, WhatsApp and website chat
  • You pick the reply language the assistant uses, such as Spanish or English

How each channel tends to be used around Palm Avenue and West 49th

These are patterns local owners describe, not measurements. Your mix may look different.

  • Instagram DMs

Where younger customers ask about prices and look at your work. Lead with it if you run one of the beauty salons, barbershops or bakeries that post photos of cuts, cakes and pastelitos.

  • Facebook and Messenger

Parents and grandparents still find businesses through Facebook pages and community groups. Messenger questions land in the same inbox as everything else.

  • WhatsApp

More common in this city than in most of the country, often because families already use it to talk with relatives abroad. AYDUKE answers WhatsApp messages, but it does not publish posts there.

  • Website chat

One line of code adds a chat window in your colors and logo. The AYDUKE name does not appear on it.

  • Chat link and QR code

No website? A chat link and QR code work on the counter, a flyer, your Instagram bio or your Google profile.

  • Google Business Profile

People searching for a shop nearby see your posts here. Schedule updates for holiday hours, a storm closure or tax-season hours at tax preparers. Auto repair shops near the industrial areas get found here too.

A cake order question that arrives on WhatsApp

An example, not a real customer. It is shown in English here; a bakery that sets Spanish as the reply language would get the same flow in Spanish. Pickup times come from the bakery calendar.

Customer: Hi, do you make tres leches cakes for 20 people? I need one for Saturday.
Assistant: Hi. Yes, the large tres leches serves about 20. Custom cakes need 48 hours notice, so Saturday works. Pickup slots on Saturday are open at 10:00, 12:00 and 3:00.
Customer: 12 please. Can I pay now?
Assistant: I have reserved the 12:00 pickup. Payment is handled by the bakery directly, either on our website or at the counter. You will get a confirmation email with a link to view or cancel the pickup.
Customer: Ok, thanks.
Sample conversation. The assistant only answers from the information you give it.

The serving size and notice rule came from the bakery's own records. The assistant never promises a flavor or a slot it cannot see.

Setting the reply language for a mostly Spanish-speaking clientele

AYDUKE does not guess which language a customer prefers. You choose the reply language for the assistant, along with its tone, style notes and signature. A shop whose regulars write mostly in Spanish can set Spanish; a shop split between both languages usually picks the one most customers use and hands the rest over to a person.

Write your knowledge base entries in the same language you want the assistant to answer in. Prices, hours, parking near Westland Mall, whether you take walk-ins, how far ahead to order: short, clear entries give short, clear answers. If your website says one thing and your entry says another, your entry wins.

A posting rhythm that fits a neighborhood business

You do not need daily posts. You need predictable ones.

  • Instagram, two or three times a week Finished work, trays coming out of the oven, a new stylist. Photos and short videos carry more than captions.
  • Facebook page plus one or two local groups Weekly specials and event days. Group posts can go out automatically from the same draft.
  • Google Business Profile every week Hours, holiday schedules and closures when a hurricane watch changes plans.
  • A short video once a week The same clip can go to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube on one schedule.
  • Batch it on a slow afternoon Write a week or two of posts at once and let the calendar publish them.

Looking for a social media agency in Hialeah?

AYDUKE is not an agency. It is software you or your team run. If you work with a bilingual agency or a photographer for content, keep them; AYDUKE handles the daily routine next to that work.

Frequently asked questions

Will the assistant switch between Spanish and English on its own?

Do not count on that. You set the reply language, and it answers in that language. If you serve both groups, pick the main one and hand other conversations to your staff.

Can I post our weekly specials to WhatsApp?

No. AYDUKE replies to WhatsApp messages but does not publish posts there. Use Instagram, your Facebook page and groups, and Google Business Profile for specials.

Do customers get appointment reminders by text?

Not in the US. Customers get confirmation and reminder emails with a link to view or cancel. You receive new-booking alerts by SMS and email.

When a storm closes us for a day, what is the quickest update?

Block the day in your calendar so no bookings go through, add a short entry about the closure for the assistant, and schedule a post to Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook from one draft.

Is there someone from AYDUKE in Hialeah or Miami I can meet?

No. AYDUKE is online software with no local office. Setup runs through guides in the panel, and support is reachable on the contact page.
