One location or several: running social and bookings in Irving

Irving sits between the airport and the corporate offices of Las Colinas, and that shapes who its businesses serve: business travelers, hotel guests, office workers at lunch, and families in the neighborhoods around Old Irving. It is also home to a lot of franchise and multi-location operators. This page compares how a single-location owner and a multi-location operator set up AYDUKE, and where the two needs split.

  • A side-by-side look at solo and multi-location setups
  • One calendar for many accounts, within your plan's account limit
  • Chat bookings for travelers and office workers who plan on short notice

Solo versus multi-location

Same tool, two very different weeks

The core features are the same in every package. What changes is how many accounts you connect, how much media storage you get and how many AI credits you have.

A single studio in Old Irving

  • Three or four accounts: Instagram, a Facebook page, Google Business Profile, maybe TikTok
  • The owner writes posts on Sunday and schedules the week
  • The assistant answers DMs and website chat as drafts the owner approves
  • One calendar, a few services, one or two staff members

Five locations between Las Colinas and the airport

  • Each location has its own Instagram, Facebook page and Google profile, so many accounts in one panel
  • A shared post goes to every location at once; local posts go only where they apply
  • The assistant runs on its own during hours, with handoff keywords for complaints
  • Staff at each site have their own working hours in the booking calendar

Who is messaging an Irving business, and when

  • Travelers on a layover or a short stay

They land at DFW and search from the rideshare line. A reply with today's open times often wins the visit. See car rental companies and extended-stay hotels.

  • Office workers in Las Colinas

Lunch-hour classes, a quick cut before a meeting, a table for a team. They message between calls. See fitness studios.

  • Event-goers

Concerts around the Toyota Music Factory and conventions bring evening crowds who want a table before the show. See restaurants.

  • Neighborhood families

Weekend appointments and after-school activities, often booked on Sunday night.

  • Franchise and multi-site customers

They expect the same answers at every location. See franchises and multi-location businesses.

A lunch-hour class request sent from an office tower

A sample exchange, not a real customer. Class spots come from the studio's calendar and its capacity setting; the assistant does not promise spots it cannot see.

Customer: Any room in the 12:15 class today at the Las Colinas studio?
Assistant: The 12:15 at Las Colinas is full today. It has three spots tomorrow at 12:15, and the Valley Ranch location has two spots today at 12:30.
Customer: Tomorrow at Las Colinas. Do I need to bring a mat?
Assistant: Mats are provided, but bring water and a towel. You are booked for tomorrow at 12:15 at Las Colinas. A confirmation email with a link to view or cancel is on its way.
Sample conversation. The assistant only answers from the information you give it.

Each location has its own classes and capacity, and the answers about mats came from the studio's knowledge base, which applies to all sites.

A posting plan split between brand and location

For multi-location operators, the trick is deciding what everyone posts and what stays local. For a single location, use the "local" column only.

LinkedIn, X, YouTube and TikTok are publishing only in AYDUKE. Messages and comments are handled for Facebook, Instagram and Telegram, with WhatsApp messages too.

Irving social media agency, or a tool your team runs?

AYDUKE is software, not an agency; nobody here writes your content or speaks for your brand. It covers the daily routine of posting, replying and booking. If you work with an agency for creative or paid campaigns, that relationship can stay as it is.

Agencies and freelancers in the area use AYDUKE too:

  • Client accounts in one place Connect accounts for several clients within your plan's account limit.
  • A combined calendar See every scheduled post for every client, filtered by platform, in month, week, day or 30-day view.
  • Reports as files Export 7, 30 or 90-day publishing reports as XLSX or CSV and forward them.
  • Reseller program at no cost Refer a business through your reseller link and receive commission as it keeps paying.

Setting up several locations without chaos

  1. Connect one location first

Link its accounts through your own developer app with OAuth, following the guide for each platform. Get it right before adding the rest.

  2. Build one knowledge base

Let the assistant read your website, up to 500 pages with a weekly refresh. Add the rules that differ by location, such as parking or hours, as separate entries.

  3. Add each location's services and staff

Every staff member gets their own hours; services get duration, buffer and capacity.

  4. Set tone and handoff rules

Choose formal, friendly or short replies, a style note and a signature. Pick keywords that send conversations to a manager.

  5. Roll out the rest

Connect the other locations, then schedule the first shared post from one draft.

A note for franchise operators: the assistant does not know franchise rules, pricing at other locations or anything your head office has not written down. If your locations differ, say so in the records. Orders and payments stay in each location's own system.

Start with one location in the demo

A free demo account opens at sign-up with no credit card. All platforms, core features and AI credits are included, so you can test one location before deciding how many accounts you need. Compare packages afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Can each Irving location have its own booking calendar and staff?

Yes. Each staff member has their own working hours, and services carry their own duration, buffer and capacity, so locations do not share slots by accident.

Our customers are often travelers. Do they get a text reminder?

In the US, customers get confirmation and reminder emails with a link to view or cancel. Texts to customers are not available here. Your managers get an SMS and email for each new booking.

Can the assistant tell a traveler about flight delays or hotel shuttle times?

No. It has no live information. It can share a shuttle schedule if you add it, and it will offer to hand the chat to your team for anything else.

We have a location in Irving and one in Dallas. Is that one account?

Yes, both can sit in one panel, as long as the total number of connected accounts fits your plan.

Is there an AYDUKE office near Las Colinas?

No. AYDUKE is online software and has no local office. Setup runs through guides in the panel, and support is on the contact page.
