Your Scottsdale business, seen through a visitor's phone
A large share of the people booking a massage, a blowout or a tee time here are not local. They are planning a winter getaway, a golf weekend or a bachelorette party from another state, often late at night. This page follows one of them through the booking and looks at what they expect at each step, so you can see where a business wins or loses the reservation.
- A visitor's booking, message by message, before they ever land in Phoenix
- What resort-area customers check first: photos, hours, open times, policies
- How AYDUKE answers routine questions and books from your real calendar

From the customer's side
Planning a spa morning from a hotel room in Chicago
This is a made-up example to show the flow, not a real guest. The open times come from the spa's calendar, and the assistant does not invent any.
Every answer here was either a record the owner typed in or a page the assistant read from the spa's website. The group capacity is a setting on the service.
What that visitor checked before sending the first message
Put yourself in their shoes for a moment. Before writing, a traveler usually does most of this in a few minutes.
Recent photos
Your Instagram grid is the brochure. Stale posts make people wonder if you are still open.
Google Business Profile
Hours, location and a recent post. Scheduled posts keep it current without logging in.
A way to ask
Instagram DM, Messenger or a chat window on your site. Most visitors will not call from a hotel lobby.
Real open times
They want dates and slots, not "call us". The system shows only what your calendar has free.
Policies
Cancellation, arrival time, group rules. Clear answers reduce back and forth.
Confirmation
A confirmation email with a link to view or cancel, and a reminder email before the visit.
Why the visitor's view matters more here than in most cities
Scottsdale's calendar is shaped by people who come from elsewhere: winter visitors, golfers, spring training fans heading to Scottsdale Stadium or Salt River Fields, collector car crowds in January, and wedding parties at resorts and wedding venues. Many of them make decisions before they arrive, and they compare three or four businesses side by side on their phone.
That makes speed and clarity worth more than volume. One of the day spas in Old Town, a blow-dry bar near Fashion Square or a pro shop at one of the golf courses up north does not need to post daily. It needs its photos, hours and policies to be current, and a reply to show up while the visitor is still deciding.
Posts that answer a traveler's questions before they ask
| When | What visitors are planning | Post idea | Channel |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fall | Winter trips, holiday events, weddings | Winter hours, group packages, how to book | Instagram, Google Business Profile |
| January and February | Golf weekends, car auction week, the big tournament | Early and late slots, walk-in policy, parking tips | Instagram, Facebook |
| March | Spring training trips, bachelorette weekends | Group bookings, quick services, Old Town location notes | Instagram, TikTok (video only) |
| Summer | Locals and staycations | Summer rates if you offer them, early morning times | Instagram, Facebook groups, Google Business Profile |
Write a post once and it publishes to every account you choose on the same schedule. Posts that do not meet a platform rule are stopped before scheduling.
Looking at a Scottsdale social media agency?
Resort-area businesses often hire agencies for polished content, and that can make sense. AYDUKE is not an agency; it is software for the part that happens every day. Keep your agency for shoots and campaigns if you have one, and let the routine run here.

Put the chat link everywhere visitors look

Frequently asked questions
Can the assistant recommend a restaurant or tell guests about tournament traffic?
No. It has no live information and only answers from your records and website. If you want it to share a few local tips, add them yourself.
Our guests are used to text reminders from hotels. What do they get from us?
Customers in the US receive confirmation and reminder emails with a link to view or cancel. Texts to customers are not available here. Your team gets a new-booking alert by SMS and email.
We are a med spa. Can guests describe their concerns in the chat?
We recommend against it. Keep the booking form to name, contact details and time, and set the assistant to steer health questions to a consultation with your staff. AYDUKE makes no HIPAA claims.
Can a resort concierge book for several guests at once?
Yes, if the service allows group capacity. The system checks that the whole group fits in the slot before it is booked.
Does AYDUKE have staff in Scottsdale?
No. AYDUKE is online software with no local office. The panel guides you through setup, and you can reach support from the contact page.
