When the stadium fills up, your inbox does too
Glendale runs on two clocks. On event days the Westgate area and the streets around State Farm Stadium fill with visitors who message late and want an answer now; on ordinary weekdays, historic downtown and the Arrowhead side run at a neighborhood pace. This page follows a single event day and shows how a small business can handle both rhythms with AYDUKE.
- An event-day timeline from morning prep to the post-game rush
- Table and appointment requests answered from your real calendar
- A content plan that separates game weeks from regular weeks

West Valley event day
A Sunday kickoff, seen from a grill near Westgate
Take a sports grill a short drive from the stadium, run by an owner and a small kitchen crew. The moments below are typical of an event day, not quotes from real guests.
- 8:00 AMThe owner checks the calendar. Tables for groups of six and up are capped per time slot, so the system will not accept more than the room can hold.
- 9:30 AMA scheduled Instagram and Facebook post goes out: kitchen hours, a note that the patio opens early, and the chat link for tables.
- 11:00 AMOut-of-town fans send Messenger questions about parking and whether kids are allowed at the bar. The assistant answers from the records the owner wrote once.
- 1:15 PMKickoff. Nobody is looking at a phone. Three table requests for after the game arrive in chat, and each new booking sends the owner an SMS and an email.
- 4:30 PMThe post-game wave. A guest asks for a table "right now for eight". The assistant offers only the slots the calendar shows as open.
- 9:00 PMA complaint about a wrong order comes in by DM. It contains a handoff keyword, so it waits for the owner instead of getting an automatic reply.
Game weeks and ordinary weeks need different posts
The mistake many West Valley owners make is posting the same way every week. A simple split works better:
| Week type | What customers want to know | What to schedule | Channel |
|---|---|---|---|
| Football or concert week | Hours, parking, group tables, kid policy | Hours post two days out, a reminder the morning of the event | Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile |
| Spring training (late winter) | Visitors near Camelback Ranch asking about lunch, cuts, quick services | Short "open today" posts, walk-in notes, the chat link | Instagram, Google Business Profile |
| Holiday lights downtown | Evening crowds around Murphy Park and the antique shops | Extended hours, gift ideas, parking tips | Facebook page and local groups |
| Regular summer week | Locals staying indoors, early and late bookings | Early morning slots, indoor offers, staff intros | Instagram, TikTok (video only) |
AYDUKE posts to Facebook groups automatically, which helps downtown shops reach neighborhood groups without logging in to each one.
A post-game table request through the website chat
This is an illustration, not a real conversation. Open times come from the restaurant calendar; the assistant does not make up availability.
The answer about splitting the check came from a record the owner added. Payment itself happens at the restaurant, not in the chat.
Glendale trades that feel the event calendar
Sports bars and grills
Capacity per time slot keeps big game-day groups from double booking. See sports bars and restaurants.
Barbershops
Fresh cuts before a big night out, each barber on their own hours. See barbershops.
Downtown gift and antique shops
Holiday season posts and hours updates across Facebook groups and Google. See gift shops.
HVAC contractors
The summer rush has nothing to do with the stadium. Service requests come in chat; phone jobs are added by hand. See HVAC contractors.
Physical therapy near the university
Around Midwestern University, keep the form to name, contact and time, and keep health details out of chat. See physical therapy clinics.
Searching for a Glendale social media agency?
AYDUKE is software, not an agency. Nobody on our side writes your posts or runs your account. What it does is take the routine off your plate so an event day does not depend on you having a free hand. Many owners keep an agency or photographer for creative work and run the daily part here; that combination works fine.
Where an agency or creative partner shines
- Game-day photo and video content
- Campaign ideas for the holiday season
- Brand look and voice
What you can run yourself in AYDUKE

Managing several West Valley clients at once
Freelancers and small agencies around Arrowhead and the Loop 101 corridor often juggle a grill, a salon and a contractor at the same time.
- All client accounts in one panel Connect as many accounts as your plan allows and work from a single login.
- One calendar for every brand Month, week, day or a 30-day agenda, filtered by platform, so game-week posts for three clients never collide.
- Platform rules checked live Character limits, media type and file size are validated before a post can be scheduled.
- Reports in client-friendly files Download XLSX or CSV and add your own commentary.
- A free reseller program Refer a business with your reseller link and earn commission as that business keeps paying.
Getting ready before the next home game
Link your accounts
Facebook, Instagram and Google connect through your own developer app with OAuth. A step-by-step guide in the panel walks you through each one.
Point the assistant at your website
It reads up to 500 pages, including menus and FAQs, and refreshes weekly. Shopify and WooCommerce catalogs work too. Your own typed entries take priority.
Write your event-day rules
Parking, kid policy, group size limits, what happens if a party arrives late. The assistant answers only from what it knows and has no live traffic or game info.
Set tables or services with capacity
Each slot gets a limit. Choose auto-confirm or approve each request yourself.
Share the chat link
Put it in your Instagram bio, on your Google Business Profile and on a QR code at the host stand.
Try it on a regular Tuesday first
A free demo account opens at sign-up, no credit card needed. Every platform and the core features are open for testing, and AI credits are loaded, so you can run a practice event day before the real one.
Frequently asked questions
Can the assistant tell guests when the game ends or how bad traffic is on Loop 101?
No. It has no live information. It answers from your records and website, and offers to hand the chat to you for anything it does not know.
Our guests expect a text before their reservation. What do they receive?
In the US, guests get confirmation and reminder emails with a link to view or cancel. Text messages to customers are not available here. You still get an SMS and an email for every new booking.
We are downtown, not near the stadium. Is this still useful?
Yes. Historic downtown shops lean more on Facebook groups and Google Business Profile posts, especially around the holiday lights season, and both are covered.
Can we sell event packages or take deposits in the chat?
No. Orders and payments stay in your own system. The assistant can explain the package and point guests to your checkout page.
Is there an AYDUKE office in Glendale or Phoenix?
No. AYDUKE is online software without a local office. Setup happens in the panel with guides, and you can reach us through the contact page.
