This document explains which cookies are used on the ayduke.com website and how you can manage them. The short answer: there are three cookies on the site — a session cookie required for the security of the form, a preference cookie that remembers your language choice and a status cookie that determines the label of the button at the top right if you have signed in; we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

In brief

  • Three cookies are used on the site: a session cookie for the security of the form (deleted when you close your browser), a preference cookie that remembers your language choice (kept for one year) and a sign-in status cookie that makes the button at the top right read “My account” if you have signed in to the panel. The third is created only for users who sign in and contains no identifying information.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies. There is no tracking code of this kind on the site.
  • This is why no cookie consent banner appears: consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies.
  • Some external resources on the site (the interface library, the promotional video player) are loaded directly by your browser; in these requests your IP address is visible to the provider concerned. Details are in the third-party content section.

What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file saved in your browser when you visit a website. Websites use cookies to maintain a session, remember preferences, ensure security or measure visitor behaviour.

By duration, cookies are divided into session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) and persistent cookies (kept until a certain date). By purpose, they are grouped into strictly necessary, functional, analytics and advertising cookies. This site has cookies only from the strictly necessary and functional groups; there are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Cookies used on this site

1 · Session cookie

Cookie name
PHPSESSID (the name may differ depending on the server configuration)
Type
Strictly necessary · session cookie · first party (ayduke.com)
What it does
It ensures the security of the contact form: it carries the token that verifies that the form submission is not forged (CSRF protection), it holds the form state so that what you have written is not lost if a submission fails, and it limits submissions repeated at short intervals from the same session.
Duration
For the duration of the browser session. It is deleted when you close the browser.
Content
A randomly generated session identifier. It does not contain information such as your name or e-mail address; it is not used for advertising or profiling.
Security settings
It cannot be read by JavaScript (HttpOnly), it is not sent with cross-site requests (SameSite=Lax) and, when the site is served over a secure connection, it is transmitted only over an encrypted connection (Secure).

This cookie is created only by the server; it is not shared with any tracking network.

2 · Language preference cookie

Cookie name
AYDUKE_DIL
Type
Functional · persistent cookie · first party (ayduke.com)
What it does
It stores the language of the page you are viewing. Its only task is this: when you later type the address without a language (ayduke.com) into the address bar, to take you to the address in the language you last used. The language of the page is determined by the address, not by the cookie — for example, the /en address opens in English and /gizlilik.php opens in Turkish, whatever the cookie says.
Duration
One year. Its value is updated when you choose a new language.
Content
Only the language or region code of the page (tr, en, de, az, ar, fr, nl, es, pt, it, ja, pl, aa, am, be, bg, bn, bs, ca, cs, da, dv, dz, el, et, fa, fi, fo, he, hr, hu, hy, id, is, ka, kk, kl, km, ko, ky, lo, lt, lv, mk, mn, ms, my, ne, no, ro, ru, si, sk, sl, sm, so, sq, sr, sv, sw, tg, th, tk, to, uk, uz, vi, zh, zh-tw, af, ckb, cy, eu, fil, ga, gl, gu, ha, hi, ig, kn, ku, lb, ml, mr, mt, pa, ps, ta, te, tt, ug, ur, xh, yo, zu, en-ca, fr-ca, en-us). It is not linked to your identity, is not used for advertising or profiling and is not shared with third parties.
Security settings
It cannot be read by JavaScript (HttpOnly), it is not sent with cross-site requests (SameSite=Lax) and, when the site is served over a secure connection, it is transmitted only over an encrypted connection (Secure).

Blocking this cookie does not prevent you from using the site: language selection continues to work; the only difference is that the site opens in Turkish when you type the address without a language.

3 · Sign-in status cookie

Cookie name
AYDUKE_GIRIS
Type
Functional · first party (ayduke.com)
What it does
Its only task is this: to decide whether the button at the top right of the page reads “Sign in” or “My account”. It is set when you sign in to the panel and deleted when you sign out.
Duration
If you did not tick the “Remember me” option when signing in, for the duration of the browser session (deleted when you close the browser). If you ticked it, the same as the remember period: 30 days.
Content
Only the value 1. It does not contain your name, e-mail address, customer number or any session key; it is not linked to your identity, is not used for advertising or profiling and is not shared with third parties.
It is not a sign-in key
This cookie does not identify or authorise you. Signing in to the panel takes place only through a separate session cookie sent to the /panel address. Deleting or manually changing this cookie does not open or close your session; it affects only the label of the button.
Security settings
It cannot be read by JavaScript (HttpOnly), it is not sent with cross-site requests (SameSite=Lax) and, when the site is served over a secure connection, it is transmitted only over an encrypted connection (Secure).

Blocking this cookie does not prevent you from using the site: the button always reads “Sign in”, and if you have signed in, clicking it takes you to your panel.

Cookies we do not use

In the interests of transparency, we also state clearly what is not present on the site:

  • There is no Google Analytics or similar analytics/measurement cookie.
  • There are no advertising and conversion tracking codes such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel, TikTok pixel or LinkedIn Insight.
  • There are no retargeting cookies.
  • There is no heatmap / session recording tool that records visitor behaviour.
  • There are no embedded social media buttons (like/share boxes) on the site; the platform icons are drawings only and make no external requests.

If such a tool is added in future, this page will be updated first and, where required, your cookie consent will be obtained.

Third-party content

Some files on the site are loaded from other providers. Because these requests are made by your browser, the provider concerned can see your request (your IP address, browser information, the requested file). Which provider you encounter in which situation:

jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net)
The interface library (Bootstrap) is loaded from this content delivery network. This happens each time a page is opened. It is used to serve files and does not set cookies.
YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com, i.ytimg.com)
When the promotional video is published, only the video's cover image (i.ytimg.com) is shown in the box. The player is not loaded until you press the play button; when you press it, it opens via YouTube's cookieless domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you start watching, YouTube may store data on your device under its own terms.
WhatsApp (wa.me)
When you press the WhatsApp button at the bottom right, you are redirected to WhatsApp. From that point on, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply. If you do not press the button, no request is sent to this address.

The data processing practices of these providers are subject to their own policies; our control in this respect is limited.

Managing cookies

You can manage cookies, delete existing cookies or block all of them in your browser's settings. The relevant section is usually found here:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking or deleting the language cookie is harmless: you can still choose languages from the menu; the only difference is that the site opens in Turkish when you open the address without a language (ayduke.com).

Please note: if you block the session cookie, the contact form will not work. Because the form's security check depends on this cookie, your submission will be rejected with the error "The form session could not be verified". In that case, you can contact us directly at hello@ayduke.com or by telephone (+90 551 574 07 58).

Changes and contact

If the cookies used on the site change, we will update this document; the current version is always published on this page and the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.

For details on the processing of your personal data, please see the Privacy Policy, and for the rules on using the service, the Terms of Use. For any questions: hello@ayduke.com.
